Peter Marinelli

Founder/ President

Peter Marinelli has been sober himself for over 35 years and has dedicated his life to helping people who suffer from substance abuse and mental health disorders. Peter’s experience in the behavioral health field is impressive, and spans over multiple decades throughout the United States. Peter has started several spiritual immersion programs for different facilities, In 2018, he founded a nonprofit organization called The Archway Foundation to help those who experience financial barriers when trying to receive quality treatment. Peter is a published author and is a Certified Interventionist. He has given countless talks across the U.S and abroad, including television, radio, and podcasts about recovery and spirituality.

Christopher Murphy

Executive Director

Christopher has committed his life to making a difference in the healthcare industry. He has worked for various facilities and treatment centers, spearheading different operational, marketing and financial roles. Christopher works for two local nonprofit organizations whose goal is to increase access to vital resources for people with substance abuse and mental health disorders. Christopher is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, earning Summa Cum Laude honors for his degrees in Business Management and Digital Marketing. These academic achievements have led to his membership in the Phi Kappa Phi National Honors Society. Additionally, Christopher holds certification as a CF-L1 fitness coach.

Marion Marinelli

Director of Business Development

Originally from Bellingham, Washington, Marion Marinelli has worked in the behavioral health field for nearly a decade where she has succeeded in many different roles. Marion has been sober since 1989. She has been heavily involved with her Church since her first days of recovery and has helped countless men and women on their paths to recovery and healing Her favorite phrase is “You can’t out give God” Marion strives to better herself and to be of service to those around her. Marion is one of the biggest reasons why Archway Behavioral Health is a uniquely special place!

Dr. Krista Bloom Ph.D, LCSW

Clinical Director

Dr. Bloom embodies kindness and compassion, yet she maintains a resolute demeanor as she offers supervision, guidance, training, intervention, and meaningful therapeutic services. Beyond her clinical role, she is a prolific author and co-author of numerous books, and she has shared her expertise on a global stage, addressing critical subjects like substance abuse, trauma, sexuality, and relationships. Furthermore, Dr. Bloom boasts specialized training in substance abuse, trauma, clinical sexology, and relationship coaching. Holding a Ph.D, she is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work. Dr. Bloom is also recognized as a Board Qualified Clinical Supervisor for Registered Clinical Social Work and Mental Health Counseling Interns. With over 20 years of experience, she has served as both a Clinical Director and a Licensed Therapist.

Dr. Denise M. Josey, MD, MPH, MS, FASAM

Medical Director

Dr. Denise M. Josey is a highly accomplished physician with extensive expertise in addiction medicine, chronic pain, mental health, and primary care. She holds a primary board certification in Preventive Medicine/Public Health Medicine and has treated substance abuse and mental health disorders in diverse settings, including inpatient, outpatient, dual diagnosis units, and detoxification centers.

Dr. Josey has served in various capacities throughout her career, including as Chief Medical Officer at Paramount Medical Specialists and Medical Director at multiple institutions. She has a master’s level training in Human Nutrition, enabling her to provide holistic and comprehensive care.

Her commitment to the field is reflected in her numerous certifications, including board certification in Addiction Medicine and extensive involvement in community outreach and education. She is known for her compassionate approach, innovative treatment practices, and unwavering commitment to patient care.

Scott Russell

Program Director, NCPRSS

Scott embarked on his journey of recovery and healing in 2016 and immediately developed a passion for helping others. He realized his gift for breaking down spiritual concepts and mental health recov4ry into a simplified and reachable way. Over the years, Scott was able to fine-tune his gifts for teaching in group facilitation and 1-on-1 life coaching. Scott uses his life experience to structure treatment approaches that include a variety of ways for individuals to find recovery. He provides the perfect blend of professionalism and unique personality that helps him push others to give themselves a shot at re-creating their life with Archway Behavioral Health.
