Program Options & Level of Care Offered
Our Partial Hospitalization Program also known as PHP Program offers up to 20 hours of clinical treatment each week.During treatment, this level of care offers the structure, guidance, and support needed to address challenging symptoms. It’s an important step in building healthy, sustainable routines while ensuring you have the clinical care required to feel supported every step of the way.
PHP programs typically fall into two categories: one where patients participate in treatment during the day and return to their own living arrangements, and another where patients attend treatment and stay in a residence operated by the treatment center. On average, participants remain in a PHP for about 30 days before transitioning to a lower level of care, allowing them to continue their recovery journey with appropriate support.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP Program) offers flexible yet structured care, providing up to 15 hours of clinical treatment each week. This level of care is ideal for individuals who need support managing symptoms while maintaining their daily responsibilities.
IOP Rehabs are designed to help build healthy habits and coping strategies while addressing personal challenges through individual and group therapy. Participants typically live at home or in a supportive residence while attending sessions. Most individuals transition to a lower level of care after completing the program, continuing their progress with tailored support.
Individual therapy provides a personalized approach to mental health care, focusing on your unique challenges, goals, and experiences. Through one-on-one sessions with an experienced therapist, you’ll explore underlying issues, develop coping strategies, and work toward meaningful personal growth.Typically we see our patients balance between 1-2 individual therapy sessions weekly.
This level of care offers a safe, supportive environment to address a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Individual therapy is highly adaptable, allowing you to progress at your own pace while receiving the dedicated support and guidance needed to navigate your mental health journey.
Group therapy provides a collaborative and supportive environment where individuals facing similar challenges come together to share experiences, learn coping strategies, and build essential skills. Guided by an experienced therapist, group sessions encourage open communication, foster understanding, and promote personal growth.
In addition to offering a safe space for connection, group therapy is often integrated into higher levels of care such as PHP and IOP. This inclusion ensures a well-rounded treatment plan that supports participants’ healing journeys while complementing individual therapy and other therapeutic approaches.
